Actually, there is no treatment for prosopagnosia. Nonetheless, the Centre for Face Processing Disorders is attempting to cure face recognition problems, using temporary pharmaceutical interference and training programs. Their results have had some success, but their technics are still in development phase.
The Centre for Face Processing Disorders offers registration for individuals who believe they have prosopagnosia, so they can take part in studies and investigations in their cases. The CFPD offers accommodations and are willing to pay for travel expenses to the institute.¹
