Another person that you may not know that had prosopagnosia was the reputed neurologist Oliver Sacks. Likewise other prosopagnosics, Sacks used from external elements to remember people (clothing, voice, etc.). In a podcast to the magazine The New Yorker, Sacks is asked to describe the face of the interviewer:
"My attention goes to the rest of you - your voice, shirts, your pants," he said. "I am not very good at describing faces. You have the usual number of features."¹

He also spoke about his relation with another prosopagnosic mentioned in the blog before, the artist Chuck Close.
*Oliver Sacks died at 82 years old, in August 30, 2015.
